On each level, 2 bedrooms with recent beds (individual 90×200 mattresses), a bathroom with a bathtub (including a balneo in the suite) and an Italian shower, separate toilets, will allow you to live together without disturbing each other.

A mezzanine with games and books will allow young and old to find their satisfaction.

A beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a storeroom, a large veranda on the garden side and a barbeque/plancha are at your disposal for pleasant meals.

You can also finish your evenings on the south-facing terrace or under the pergola sipping a cocktail while admiring the sunsets.

The 4×10 swimming pool, with full privacy, and the 4000m2 park will allow you to relax and practice the activities you wish (ping-pong, football, volleyball, badminton…) in total quietness.
